Inspection Conditions

Inspection conditions are descriptive words or phrases that can be tied to an inspection item. For example, you could create conditions such as Clean or Dirty for janitorial inspections.

Inspection conditions are created as part of an inspection class. When inspection items in that class are defined, you can associate one or more inspection conditions with the item. See Inspection Items for more information on associating conditions to an inspection item.

To open the Inspection Conditions page:

  1. Open the Administration Menu page.

  2. Under the INSPECTION ADMIN heading, click Inspection Conditions.
